أولا:الصلاة والاذكار.
First,
prayer and Azkar .
1- الصلوات الخمس في جماعة للرجال وصلاة الفجر خاصة
Pray in
the mosque (the congregational prayer),
Especially the Fajr prayer
فضل صلاة الجماعة:
Preferred to the
congregational prayer ( from Hadith ):
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be
pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger
of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A man's Salat in
congregation is twenty-five times more rewarding than his Salat at home
or in his shop, and that is because when he performs his Wudu' properly
and proceeds towards the mosque with the purpose of performing Salat in
congregation, he does not take a step without being raised a degree (in
rank) for it and having a sin remitted for it, till he enters the
mosque. When he is performing Salat, the angels continue to invoke
Blessings of Allah on him as long as he is in his place of worship in a
state of Wudu'. They say: 'O Allah! Have mercy on him! O Allah! Forgive
him.' He is deemed to be engaged in Salat as long as he waits for it."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "صلاة
الرجل في جماعة تُضعَّف على صلاته في بيته وفي سوقه خمسًا وعشرين ضعفًا،
وذلك أنه إذا توضأ فأحسن الوضوء، ثم خرج إلى المسجد، لا يخرجه إلا الصلاة،
لم يخطُ خطوة إلا رفعت له بها درجة، وحطت عنه بها خطيئة، فإذا صلى لم تزل
الملائكة تصلي عليه ما دام في مصلاه، ما لم يحدث، تقول اللهم صلِّ عليه،
اللهم ارحمه. ولا يزال في صلاة ما انتظر الصلاة"
((متفق عليه. وهذا لفظ البخاري))
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be
pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet
(ﷺ)
said, "He who goes to the mosque at dawn or dusk (for Salat),
Allah prepares a hospitable abode for him in Jannah, every time when he
walks to it or comes back from it".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
السابع: عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "
من غدا إلى المسجد أو راح، أعد الله له في الجنة نزلا كلما غدا أو راح"
((متفق عليه)).
(يعني كلما ذهب إلى المسجد أو عادَ منه).

ثانيا: سماع سورة البقرة كاملة بسماعة في الاذن اليسري فقط من بعد العصر.
Second:
should listen to (Surah 2: Al-Baqarah) (every day - after the Asr
prayer) by headset (it is placed in the left ear)
Chapter: The virtue of reciting the Qur’an and Surat al-Baqarah
(42)
باب فَضْلِ قِرَاءَةِ الْقُرْآنِ وَسُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ
Abu Umama said he heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)
say:
Recite the Qur'an, for on the Day of Resurrection it will come as an
intercessor for those who recite It. Recite the two bright ones,
al-Baqara and Surah Al 'Imran, for on the Day of Resurrection they will
come as two clouds or two shades, or two flocks of birds in ranks,
pleading for those who recite them. Recite Surah al-Baqara, for to take
recourse to it is a blessing and to give it up is a cause of grief, and
the magicians cannot confront it. (Mu'awiya said: It has been conveyed
to me that here Batala means magicians.)
حَدَّثَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو
تَوْبَةَ، - وَهُوَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ - حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، -
يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلاَّمٍ - عَنْ زَيْدٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلاَّمٍ،
يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو أُمَامَةَ، الْبَاهِلِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ
اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ "
اقْرَءُوا الْقُرْآنَ فَإِنَّهُ يَأْتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شَفِيعًا
لأَصْحَابِهِ اقْرَءُوا الزَّهْرَاوَيْنِ الْبَقَرَةَ وَسُورَةَ آلِ
عِمْرَانَ فَإِنَّهُمَا تَأْتِيَانِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَأَنَّهُمَا
غَمَامَتَانِ أَوْ كَأَنَّهُمَا غَيَايَتَانِ أَوْ كَأَنَّهُمَا فِرْقَانِ
مِنْ طَيْرٍ صَوَافَّ تُحَاجَّانِ عَنْ أَصْحَابِهِمَا اقْرَءُوا سُورَةَ
الْبَقَرَةِ فَإِنَّ أَخْذَهَا بَرَكَةٌ وَتَرْكَهَا حَسْرَةٌ وَلاَ
تَسْتَطِيعُهَا الْبَطَلَةُ "
. قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ الْبَطَلَةَ السَّحَرَةُ .
ثالثا: قرأءة سورة الصافات والدخان والجن من المصحف بصوت مسموع قبل النوم مباشرة.
Third:
Reading Surah 37,44,72 from the book of Qur'an And you should hear your
voice during the reading of the Qur'an,
Right
before bedtime
ثبت بالاثر والتجربة تأثيرها علي الجن .

رابعا: ان يحافظ المصاب علي الوضوء باستمرار حتي بعد قضاء الحاجة.
Fourth:
the patient must maintain the ablution Continuously until after
defecating
'Uthman bin 'Affan (May Allah be
pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger
of Allah (ﷺ)
said, "He who performs the Wudu' perfectly (i.e., according to Sunnah),
his sins will depart from his body, even from under his nails."
[Muslim].
وعن عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه
وسلم: "من
توضأ فأحسن الوضوء، خرجت خطاياه من جسده حتى تخرج من تحت أظفاره"
((رواه مسلم)).

خامسا: ذكر اسم الله علي كل عمل اي التسمية باسم الله علي كل عمل يقوم به المصاب من قيام وجلوس ونوم واي فعل يفعله.
Fifth:
you should say: BISME ELLAH AL-RAHMAN AL-RAHEEM
(In the
name of Allah the Merciful) before doing any work
For
example: eat or drink or sleep ..... etc.
قال الإمام أحمد بن حنبل في مسنده : حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن
عاصم ، قال : سمعت أبا تميمة يحدث ، عن رديف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال
: عثر بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فقلت : تعس الشيطان . فقال النبي صلى
الله عليه وسلم : لا تقل تعس الشيطان . فإنك إذا قلت : تعس الشيطان تعاظم ،
وقال : بقوتي صرعته ، وإذا قلت : باسم الله ، تصاغر حتى يصير مثل الذباب .
سادسا :دهان المسك الاحمر بين اعلي الفخدين وتحت الصدر واسفل العمود الفقري قبل النوم.
Sixth:
Fat Red Misq (Black Misq )( In these places in the body:
(Between the thighs, nethermost Of breast, Down the spine)
